What is supported in global search?

For example, created: and updated: don’t work in global search. I’m not using due dates, but some topics here suggest that due: does. Is there a list of what works and what doesn’t in global search?

Hi, global search has an indexing delay. I.e. the search results got updated within about 10 minutes after the change. Both created and updated searches are supported. Could you please re-check?

Doesn’t work for me. I started using Checkvist more than 10 mins ago :slight_smile:

Hmm. Didn’t you enable an experimental search in the settings, by a chance?

Oh yes, I did. Tested the search with experimental turned off, and I get the expected results. So all is well with the regular global search.

If you can list what works for experimental, that would be great. Thanks.

Right, fair enough. For the experimental search, the following searches should be supported so far:

  • text
  • #tags
  • ^due
  • in:closed in:open
  • has:note

and their combinations (ANDed)

Nothing else yet.
