I want to get a feel for the privacy of checkvist

  1. Is the content created here stored encrypted?
  2. If so, with what key?
  3. In what jurisdiction is this site?
  4. What happends if law enforcement subpoenas a user’s notes?

  1. No, we do not encrypt the content on the production server.
  2. N/A
  3. The Checkvist is developed by a Czech company, Trirt Software, s.r.o., so it is under Czech law.
  4. We never encounter this, but we’ll act according to the Czech law.
