Hi - I saw that there was an outage this morning and it seems to be working fine now.
Did we know what caused it? And also if there is something so it doesn’t recur again?
I just realized this morning how dependant my life is around checkvist

Looks like the outage was caused by some hardware hiccup. After the server reboot everything is working fine, again, no data was lost. We’re discussing with the hosting provider additional hardware diagnostics.
In the worst-case scenario, we have a daily database and data backups which can be used to restore the service. But we should probably refresh our scripts and scenarios of work to make service interruption as small as possible in this (quite unlikely) case.
