Mobile can't open attachments in Microsoft Word (docx) format

What are my options if Word attachments (docx) can’t be opened in Mobiile?

Sorry, we haven’t tested that. Can you open on mobile such an attachment if it is attached to an e-mail?

Yes I can open a Microsoft Word document attachment in my mobile gmail.

Thanks, so it is probably related to how Checkvist stores attachments. May I ask you which app do you use to open docx and which mobile OS do you use?
