Maybe if you switch off sticky header (and keep only sticky parents), this would work for you? We have two options for the stickiness on the profile.
I’m not sure about switching the context with a keyboard shortcut yet.
I’d appreciate if you try this several days - and let me know if it is still not-comfortable.
