Sorry to mention the competition but perhaps not so much competition but collaborator? I have succumbed to advertising and bought a notion template. I have never used Notion before (heard about it tons of times though) but the template seduced me into it trying it out.
One thing I noticed is the ability to easily embed other services and this got me to thinking.
Would it be possible to embed Checkvist into Notion? The answer is yes and this is where Checkvist’s plain jane vanilla interface works really well as an embed.
I think this alone will raise Notion’s stock price. Maybe even as high as 2 pennies. Right now, Checkvist is like an undiscovered Taylor Swift. This feature alone though may make a good blog post and hopefully lead to some Notion users discovering the best outliner application out there.
When I read this, I took a look at Notion, which I immediately downloaded and started to fool around with. I would love to expose a Checkvist list to view in Notion. I’ve embedded my Checkvist home page (web) and a specific list (also web) in Notion, but both required logging into Checkvist each time I tried to access a list. Do you know a way around that?
I use both Checkvist and now Notion locally (Windows) - the best case scenario would be to embed a local Checkvist list in a local Notion page, avoiding web security altogether. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Have you tried using “Remember me” checkbox when logging in to Checkvist? I suppose it should help, but I’m not sure about percularities of embeds in Notion.
