How to debug problems on mobile


Sometimes there could be bugs on our mobile app, (read more about it here)

We’ve built in some diagnostics there, which could help us identify the cause of a problem.

If the problem on mobile is reproducible, please follow these steps to help us to debug it:

  • Go to the profile page (see the user icon in the toolbar on the main page)
  • Check Debug session is active checkbox there
  • Reproduce the problem
  • Go to the profile page again and click Send logs to developers link

The log of your recent actions and related details will be sent to us, and hopefully, will help to fix the issue.

Oops, the logs are sent immediately. I’ve guess you just got an empty log. Was just curious how the data looks like.
