Hide "created/edited by username | " in List Item Details?

When showing the list item details is there any way to hide the “created/edited by username | “ and only show the date and time? I can’t make the CSS work to only hide that text because it’s not a separate element. In solo lists I know I created all the items, but would still like to show the date. Thanks, Robert
