I have a fairly long list with several H1 headers. I found by accident that I can use mm to move to those headers. I didn’t realize this was an option, but is a lot faster than moving manually.
Basically you can move item to under any item of any list.
And after the move, you can actually type ‘gg’ to navigate to the place where the item is moved to.

“mm” is an amazing command - it does a lot more than that. If you type [[ into the box that pops up, then a word or two from the item or list you want to move it to, it will instantly provide choices with those words from the current list, then other lists. Select one and it moves there! It’s magic. I use it constantly.
