The next week, we’re going to release export to Rich Text Format from Checkvist.
So, it should be much easier to take out a list from Checkvist and put it into an email or Google Docs.
So we’d appreciate if you find a minute and see how it works for your lists 
There are some known bugs (like exporting checkboxes), but there are definitely some we’re not aware of.
To try it, you may use either usual ex keyboard shortcut or the new “take out” menu:
