Is there a way to expand and contract the outline in the Mobile version? On the desktop we use letter combinations, but on the mobile version that does not appear to be possible.

It looks like the request this used to point to no longer exists. We definitely need ways to expand/contract all nodes, as well as a subtree.
I agree - this is a serious problem with the mobile version: I often have to click many times to get the it contracted to a usable level.
