If I paste lines with #words and accept the prompt, the #words remain as plain text, they do not transform into #tags.
To reproduce, paste this to Checkvist and click Yes, please.

You can use Import command im instead.
Make sure you enable “Detect tags…” option and do not mark “Separate tasks with empty line”.
