Checkboxes not printing

In spite of checkboxes being selected in “print options”, and being visible on screen, when the time comes to print, they do not appear…

Hello Mluka,

I’ve just tried it in my list - and they are printed OK, with checkboxes. At least when I use “Save to PDF” option.

Do you have any particular settings in the list? May I take a look into your account and check it out?

Hi Kirill.

Please look in my account, no problem. I’m not aware that the list has any special settings. I also tried saving to a PDF, but there also, the checkboxes are not showing.

The list in question is called “Chalet - Ouverture”.

Hello again,

I’ve tried opening your account in Chrome and FireFox - in both cases the checkboxes are visible on the “Save to PDF” page.

Which browser do you use? Could you try opening Checkvist in incognito mode - maybe some browser extension interferes?

Hi.
I’m using Safari. Even in “Private” mode it’s not handling the checkboxes properly; even after I clicked on “Reduce protections”.
Firefox and Chrome both handle the printing with checkboxes perfectly.
Time to abandon Safari? Again???

Hi @Mluka ,

You’ll see checkboxes if you check “print backgrounds” option in the Print dialog in Safari. Sorry for the delay with the answer.
