I’ve been daily-driving the Beta site to make use of the bookmarks feature & I noticed that tasks can’t be currently marked completed on the Due page.
I’ve tried Ctrl+Enter, switching to Space, and even choosing the Complete option from the Commands menu, but none of them work.
I’m having to resort to clicking on the timestamp to go to the list from where I can mark the task completed, or using the Due page from the regular site.
I just realized the above also occurs on the Search page.

Please try checking in an incognito mode. I suppose you may be using some browser plugin which messes with the Checkvist shortcuts

I’ve tried on Edge & Firefox, regular & incognito, and 2 different accounts.
Sometimes it works, more on the Search page than the Due page, but more consistently it doesn’t.
Edge shows console errors like this one:

Sorry to report that I still can’t mark tasks completed on neither the Due page nor the Search page from the Beta site 
For comparison, I tried closing & reopening a task on the Search page from the production site (which worked):
