I just copied a list to make a new list. I want to bring several “b1” and “b2” commands over to the new list. But as of now, when I press “b1” Checkvist first switches to the old list. How can make these very useful shorts apply to my new list?

Hello Orson,
First, you should remove old b1 bookmark. To do that, press b1, this will navigate you to the old list. There, you click bookmark icon to open the bookmark dialog. After that, use “Remove” button in this dialog.
Having removed the old b1, b2 shortcuts, you can assign bookmarks in the new list.
