I know that when you go to the Tags list there is an option to sort the tags. But when you’re entering a line item into an outline and touch the “#” character, the list of tags will appear. However, that list does not seem to be in any logical order. As a brief example I use two tags #P1 and #P2. When I touch “#”, the tag #P2 is at the top of the list.
Is there a way to control this behavior so that the tags are in alphabetical order?
The tag sorting function tries to put the most used tags at the top of the list. So if you have more items tagged with P2 than with P1, P2 will go to the top. Does it sound logical? If the usage count is the same, the tags should be sorted alphabetically.
At the moment, there is no way to force alphabetical order in this place, sorry.
