Showing done tasks, but only today or only for this week

I know I can use expressions to show done tasks just for today… and I think just for current week, right?

I’m curious how others deal with the need or desire to see done tasks, but NOT wanting to see a huge list of done tasks always reaching far back in time!

Any suggestions?

I search “in: closed updated: yesterday”, “in: closed updated: last week”, “in: closed updated: this month”, etc.
